香港風箏滑水會旨在推廣風箏滑水活動, 以達到以下目的：
- 促進和加強運動員在風箏滑水方面的發展；
- 提高風箏滑水水平；以及
- 鼓勵市民參與風箏滑水運動。
The objective of the Hong Kong Kiteboarding Center is promoting of Kiteboarding at community level so as to:
- promote and strengthen Kiteboarding sport development for players;
- enhance the standard of Kiteboarding sports at community level; and
- encourage a lifelong participation in Kiteboarding sport.
